• Tile Grout is a white cement based, polymer modified grout that gives hard dense joints which are resistant to shrinkage and cracking. Tile Grout can be used to fill the tile joints on walls and floors with a minimum width of 1mm to a maximum width of 12mm for both interior and exterior application.

Method of Application:

• Make sure that tile adhesive is fully set before beginning with grouting.
• The surface should be clean, dry and free from dust or any other particles.
• In a bucket add BrickLite Tile Grout and water in 1:3 proportions to make up the volume.
• Mix thoroughly for 5 – 10 minutes to arrive at a good consistent paste.
• Mixing can be done using a stirrer or manually.
• Leave the paste for 10 minutes for settling.
• The prepared paste should be used within 2 hours of preparation.
• Then fill in the tile joints using the Tile Grout completely.
• Remove excess grout from the surface by drawing diagonally across the joints

Precautions:

• Store the bags in a dry place and avoid contact with wet area.
• Persons found allergic to material should take proper care and better to use mask.
• In case of contact with eyes or face, wash with plenty of clean water.

Conbextra EP10 is a low viscocity epoxy grout for situations where heavy dynamic or mobile loads are encountered. It is ideal for grouting in small gaps between a base plate and substrate which needs filling and the structural load be uniformly distributed. Typical applications are reciprocating machinery, testing equipment, heavy crane and transporter rails, high speed turbines, centrifuges and drop forges.
